EMPLOYER PROJECT
The first employer project conducted by me was done by November, 2016 under Successive JK Ventures Sdn. Bhd. which owned by Mr Chong Eng Khin, founder and current executive director of Succesive JK Ventures.

Successive JK Ventures is an independent equity research, private asset management and publishing firm. It holds investment workshops and networking events for HNW individuals for their business needs. It's publication business publishes several periodical newsletters including financial, career and educational contents. Composite financial is a quarterly newsletter that covers ASX | SGX | HKSE | SSE | NYSE, it is a subscription based newsletter to local corporate. ​The Edupreneurs, the newest publication title on education and career. This publication is designed to guide and connect. It will help students to have a clearer idea of their future career and mutual benefits towards the employer. Enabling students to realize their passion and employers to realize potential candidates throughout this platform.

This project was regarding to one of JK Successive Venture's products- The Edupreneur (newsletter). The Edupreneur is a new formed product of JK Successive Venture, thus there are still plenty of opportunities can be found in the market in order to improve the standard of product. Firstly, we had identified the strength, weaknessess, opportunities and threat via SWOT Analysis by carrying market surveying from students and public through online surveying and face-to-face interview. We had done our market analysis and came out with few recommendations which could help The Edupreneur to improve their standard in terms of content and design, besides than improve their reputation through marketing strategies as well as distribution method.

This employer project had provided me a chance to work with industry partner by conducting market surveying, market analysis and preparing relevant proposal. Our efforts done has made it a more improved and competitive product to stay special and outstanding from others homologous products.

My second employer project would be executed under ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the coming next few months. Thank you Mr. Peter Gabriel, the project owner for choosing the accounting students from INTI College Sabah to execute this meaningful project. This purpose of this project is to increase the awareness program of ACCA in the community. We have given an opportunity to fully handle this project from brainstorming ideas, doing proposal as well as executing this event. Hopefully this project could be successfully done under our effort and hardship paid off.
